Australia Delivery and Shipping Information
We deliver our products worldwide using Australia Post and DHL services. The shipping times and charges depends on the location of delivery. Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays.
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placed.

New Zealand - You can spend up to $1,000 NZD and not incur any duty on your order. GST is 15% and due on any order above $1,000 NZD along with an import entry transaction fee and MPI levy.
Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalising your purchase as you are checking out. All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the checkout.
