How do I choose the right size?

What is the difference between Petite and Tall lengths?
Our wide-leg pants are offered in two lengths to ensure the best fit:
Petite: 77 cm inseam
Tall: 83 cm inseam
This information is displayed on each product page to help reduce alterations and returns.
Do your garments run true to size?
Yes. Our silhouettes are designed to fit true to size, with thoughtful proportions and ease built in for comfort and movement.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery times are:
Australia: 2–5 business days
International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination)
Shipping times may vary during sale periods or holidays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition, with tags attached.
Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Can I exchange for a different size or length?
Yes, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
FABRIC & CARE
How should I care for my IZORA pieces?
Each garment includes care instructions on the product page.
Generally, we recommend gentle cold hand wash or dry clean for metallic and statement fabrics to preserve their finish and longevity.
Are your fabrics comfortable to wear?
Yes. We carefully select fabrics that balance structure, softness, and movement — ensuring garments feel as good as they look.
LIMITED RUNS & RESTOCKS
Do you restock sold-out items?
Many IZORA pieces are produced in limited quantities. Some styles may be restocked, while others will not be repeated.
We recommend signing up to our newsletter to be notified of restocks or new releases.
GENERAL
Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
At this time, we do not offer custom sizing. However, our length options are designed to minimise the need for alterations.
